Care
Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended, do not use abrasive cleanser or wire brushes. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill. Left unwashed, dark liquids will stain.
CAUTION: Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years. When filled with hot liquids and keep hot liquids out of reach of children. *Note the Press-fit Slide Lid is not leakproof.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact at hello@miir.com.
MiiR uses FedEx on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 11:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

I've searched for a travel mug that doesn't hold the coffee smell-and the TruEnamel stands up to the test. The glass on the outside makes the mug less ruff and tumble, but it's more sturdy that a ceramic mug from the cupboard by far. I would have liked to see a more secure lid, this mug can't be tipped more than 45° without some spilling taking place. Overall: TruEnamel Tumbler is worth it, but hoping for an upgrade to the lid.

I got one of each style of the TruEnamel when they came out and I'm very pleased with both (although I'm fonder of the tumbler style). I mostly hand wash them but that's because I don't want to wait until the dish washer is full. It's probably for the best if they are not as tenacious as the other powder coated styles. I haven't had any issue with chipping as the other review did, but I do wonder if it might be more practical to just enamel the inside and powder coat the outside for strength. Not sure if they mechanics would work to do that though... I will say that it's been an absolute game changer when it comes to keeping the coffee flavor pure. This tastes the same as a ceramic cup and that alone is worth the slightly more delicate nature of the finish. My only wish is for more colors and a 14 oz version. (And maybe a super spill proof lid)

Really enjoying the new trueenamel tumbler, has a very slick finish and is easy to clean. Only negative so far is the gasket should have been designed slightly thicker as it pops out a little too easily as the finish is so smooth on the interior.

Nice mug, but don't see the value in the enamel coated mug versus the non-coated. Coated just feels more fragile with little positive trade off. Assuming you're 'on the go' if you're buying a tumbler. This enamel doesn't feel like it will stand up to a mobile lifestyle.
