Returns Policy
MiiR offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all apparel, hydration products, and backpacks/bags purchased from www.MiiR.com. Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks are not covered under the MiiR warranty.
If you wish to return your purchased MiiR item that has no manufacturer defect, you may do so within 30 days of purchase if the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging. We can issue you a refund or web-store credit for exchange. If approved, you will receive a return label within 48 business hours of your request. Please note: personalized products are not refundable.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
